Finding a job is always difficult. More so when the job seeker part from certain disadvantages over their competitors. In this group we find such people who have temporarily or permanently relocate difficulties such as pregnant women, the elderly, who have another job, emotional attachment to certain places, disabled, sick or frail relatives and others.
There are also people who have problems or low motivation to interact socially with others, or on the other hand, have already met their needs for social relations in other areas (family, friends and neighborhood).
